Class of 2009 Senior Portraits, Sunday, August 24

General Info:

• Senior Portraits will be taken by Rotary Portraits International on Sunday, August 24, in the High School Auditorium, from 10:00 AM until 3:30 PM, by appointment only.
• Between May 1 and June 15, this year’s juniors need to stop by Room M204 and sign up for the photo appointment. Appointments will not be made over the phone.
• For Senior Portraits, there is a sitting fee of $15.00, payable when the pictures are taken.
• There will be three photographers working on the 24^th, and seniors will be photographed in several settings: the cap and gown setting, the outdoor casual setting, and the formal setting.
• Each Photo Session will last about 30 minutes.
• You will receive a set of 6 proofs from which you may order, with package prices ranging from $32 to $110.
• There will be a makeup day for seniors sometime in September but services and poses will be limited. If you want the best possible senior photos, have your child’s portraits taken on August 24.

What to bring, what to wear?

• Bring the $15 sitting fee in cash or a check or money order made out to HH Arnold HS.
• Bring at least one change of clothing, so that you have dressy clothes for the formal shot and your favorite casual wear for the outdoor shots. Bright colors work best. The yearbook will NOT publish any photo in which the student’s clothing does not conform to the school’s dress code.
• Guys, you need a white dress shirt and a necktie to wear under the graduation gown.

What if I want another photographer to take my senior portraits?

For publication in the yearbook:

• By November 1^st, you must provide the yearbook staff with digital files of two senior photos. These photos need to be in portrait (vertical) format and have a resolution of at least 300 dpi at a size of 2 by 3 inches. (Your photographer will know what this means.)
• We need one cap and gown photo of the student in a royal blue graduation gown. The student may be photographed wearing the cap or holding it. The yearbook staff has caps and gowns available for checkout.
• We need one additional photo: any pose, in any setting, so long as the student’s dress conforms to the school’s dress code, and the student is not making any handsigns.

Yearbook and Senior Ad Info

· Yearbooks will cost $65 next year.

· Yearbook Senior Ads will range in price from $45 to $200.

· At Open House next fall, we will offer $5 off the yearbook price and 10% off the senior ad prices, if you make your purchase at Open House.
